The reality that voters are stark raving ticked off at Washington bailing out Wall Street might be leading to a decline in support for Rep. Barney Frank. A recent poll show Frank only amassing 49% of likely voter, while his GOP challenger pulls 37%. That leaves 12% still undecided at the moment. Back in 2008, Rep. Frank won with 68% of the vote. It appears support for him has slipped despite using $200,000 of his own money.
