This story is growing larger and larger by the day and Washington is scrambling to limit the damage done by the 60 Minutes investigative story. We are seeing the rats flee from a sinking ship to a life raft. If Washington can muster the votes for the Stock Act then they can get enough votes to right this sinking financial ship. Now, let’s see if President Obama signs this bill if it makes it through the House and Senate. I have a feeling he won’t claiming that the bill doesn’t go far enough.
(WGRZ) - In the first two days after Sunday’s 60 Minutes segment, the number of House lawmakers sponsoring the bill rose from 9 to 28. By Wednesday evening, it had reached 50 according to Slaughter’s spokesperson.

Finally a few, but very few Democrats that are willing to stand up and call a spade an spade and ty to do the right thing. Funny how most members of Congress be they Democrats or Republicans, once they get to Washington, don’t even know what side the bread is buttered on!!!
