What's next? Maybe Obama will just go ahead and sign the bill and PRETEND it passed and hope that the Supreme Court will be too timid to follow the actual law?

State Senator Mae Beavers is a consistent conservative who sticks to her principles...a rarity in politics. She was planning to run for County Mayor in Wilson County, just outside Nashville, but will instead seek to keep her seat in the State Senate...in part because the next four years will be so difficult for Tennessee that she believes experienced CONSERVATIVE legislators are critical to preventing another push for an income tax in Tennessee.
