PEDOPHILE TEACHER STILL GETTING PAID AFTER 13-YRS IN ‘RUBBER ROOM’.

One would have thought after seeing this news article, it was a joke and today was April 1st, but I was incorrect on the date or the joke’s punch line.

In 1997, New York teacher Roland Pierre molested one of his 6th grade students. Instead of the school system firing this miserable piece of human filth, they decided to send Pierre to what is termed the “rubber room” which is similar to a teacher’s purgatory. After 13 years of trying to appeal his employers “rubber room” sentencing, Pierre is still receiving his full salary of over $97,000/yr and benefits like health insurance, pension, and vacation time while he sits back and does nothing.

The criminal case involving Roland Pierre was dismissed as well was the Dept. of Educations case. The DOE said the dismissal was “dropped on a technicality“.

Sadly, Pierre isn’t the only teacher being paid to sit on his duff. There are a total of six teachers collecting mailbox money which the New York Chancellor won’t terminate.

Is this a case of the teachers union having too much power or does the NY Dept. of Education not have the legal case to fire these six sick educators? Either way, the tax payers are getting screwed.
