For decades the Democrats have controlled the redistricting pens in most states and drawn legislative districts at the state and congressional level to suit their partisan political purposes. CLICK HERE. But now the pens will shift into Republican hands in most places. Here are some of the most gerrymandered districts in the country. Will the GOP draw districts that make more sense? The GOP should pick up seats if they just draw them fairly. But hopefully they can do a little better than that.
